Please join us in this FUN 3-part workshop series! In this revolutionary process, we address the physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual elements of what keeps you from being your full self! We will use movement, breath work, team-building, and consciousness-raising techniques to explore the blocks that keep you from experiencing joy and happiness. Take 1 or all 3 of these workshops:
October 5, 2019 - 10:00am – 5:00pm - Freedom from Self-Centered Fear
November 23, 2019 - 10:00am – 5:00pm - Releasing Shame and Guilt
January 11, 2019 – Transforming the Blocks to Freedom and Happiness
The cost for each workshop is $65. Early bird price of $60.00 if you register 1 month prior to the workshop! $160.00 if you take all 3 and book 1 month prior to the first workshop.
