Service Description

We will utilize Core Energetics Body Work techniques to facilitate the path of healing. We will work with movement, touch, breath, and sound as well as powerful physical, emotional, and spiritual exercises. This approach often evokes profound and transformational bodily experiences as well as increased awareness of the bodily expressions of your emotional life. Complimentary to Core techniques is my developed Intuitive Energy sensitivities that help guide and inform the work. The overall method is directed towards improving the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of a person. The process facilitates awareness of how your body, mind, emotions, and spirituality are interconnected.
